

It's one thing to read about speech delivery, but it's quite another to actually see and hear speakers deliver a message. If you have the proper software (like RealAudio, which you can download from the Internet at www.real.com or RealVideo, which you can access through Timecase at www.timecast.com/sites/index.html ), you can hear and sometimes see former and current presidents present political speeches. At some sites you can watch well-known individuals give a presentation; other sites just permit you to listen to a speech.
