From this site, you can download phonetic fonts and a variety of speech analysis freeware. The site also contains a wealth of information on language, language development, and speech ethnography.

This is a comprehensive glossary of terms used in the study of phonetics presented by the Department of Phonetics and Linguistics at University College London.
