Objectives

By the end of this chapter, students will be able to:

1. Compare and contrast the seven program delivery methods.

2. Distinguish between process, outcome, and impact evaluations.

3. Apply the four-step process to planning career intervention programs.

4. Conduct a needs assessment to plan a career intervention program.

5. Design goals that are measurable, action-oriented, practical, and specific.

6. Apply the 4 Ps of Marketing in the development of a marketing plan for a career intervention program.

7. Distinguish between the various evaluation tools: anecdotal record form, expert review checklist, focus group protocol, process review log, implementation log, interview protocol, and questionnaires.
