    EthicNet was created by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Tampere in Finland. It includes journalistic codes of ethics from all over the world.

  • Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting (FAIR)
    FAIR is a liberal media watch group that criticizes media for their biased coverage of minorities, women, and labor. FAIR's site provides reports and a variety of links.

  • The Media Institute
    As a conservative think tank that criticizes media, lobbies Congress about media policy, and supports deregulating media, The Media Institute's site provides articles and reports.

  • Poynter Online
    The Poynter Institute for Media Studies is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that studies media ethics, management, and graphics. It conducts seminars on a variety of these topics.

  • American Journalism Review
    The American Journalism Review's Web site is maintained by the University of Maryland College of Journalism. It provides articles and links about journalism performance.
