You can access each of the chapters by using the menu found above. This web site includes the following resources:
- Introduction: Each chapter contains an introduction section that provides a general description of what you have read in the book. This section will motivate you to browse the additional resources we have created for you.
- Learning Objectives: This section provides you with a list of objectives for each chapter.
- Practice Test: The types of questions in this section will vary in format. You will find multiple choice, true and false, and essay questions. Make sure you complete every practice test as this will enable you not only to comprehend what you have read, but to reflect and make a personal connection to each of the chapters.
- Web Links: The Web links sections are filled with resources that you can use to create lesson plans, join and learn about different national organizations, or simply keep up to date with the latest news about bilingual education, ESL, or any other topic covered in the chapters.
- Flashcards: This section will enable you to create flashcards from the book's glossary to review the content, and to later print them for further study.
