- Discuss the different types of designs that have been used to enhance workplace safety.

- Describe how sport psychology attempts to bring order to the study of athletic performance.
- State the relationship between arousal and athletic performance as it relates to athletic performance.
- Distinguish between arousal and anxiety, and describe some of the stress management techniques used to relieve anxiety and arousal while increasing athletic performance.
