How do you use it?
Like the DID Designer and the Lesson Planner, the Action Planner is also a Word form offering you a ready-made template for creating a complete to-do list to carry out a lesson. When you download the form and open it with Microsoft Word, you will find again that you can only type in the spaces indicated. The rest of the document is locked to maintain the integrity of the form.
You can either use the Action Planner template when creating your instructional action plan or you can prepare a Word document that responds to each of the Planners steps. Be sure to read the prompting questions included on the template to help you respond fully.
Activity:
Go to the Student site. From the menu, select Downloads. You will find a list of templates and rubrics that you can download, use, and print to complete activities for your course. Download the Instructional Action Planner and save it on your desktop. Open it with MS Word and try it.
