Case to Consider

Rayleen has been teaching high school English for ten years, and is working on an administrative certificate so that she can pursue her ambition to become a curriculum vice principal in a high school in the Southern California desert. Rayleen has taken a particular interest in test and exam construction and grading policies and practices. While surfing the Internet on her vacation to Alaska last summer, Rayleen found this article that had the answers to three questions she had about evaluating students. Here's the Website, with Rayleen's questions to follow.
