Your campus or university disability resource center also has a variety of tools to help you participate fully in the study of visual rhetoric and in the activities of your writing class. These might include:

Note to Peer Learners without Disabilities: Volunteer to be a buddy for a student with a disability in your class. This might mean taking notes during discussion, recording class comments on for the student, or just talking through the readings before class. For Chapter 2, you could hold a preview session to analyze the ads you plan to discuss for a creative practice.
