and review the guidelines offered there for writing summaries. Choose a chapter or essay from an assigned text in one of your other courses, and read it carefully. Write an outline of the essay, noting how the major divisions of the text indicate key chunks or subdivisions in the essay. From this outline, draft a one-paragraph summary of the essay and share it with your classmates.
To create paragraphs in your essay response, type <p> at the beginning of the paragraph, and </p> at the end.
