Feedback from customer comment cards

Each table at every Monty's Restaurant is prepped with a number of customer comment cards. These cards can be filled out and dropped in a box near the front of the restaurant. Customers who include their names and phone numbers on the card are eligible to win a free dinner for four in a random drawing held monthly.

Customer Comments from July and August, Restaurant #1

• "Yeah chicken wings! Keep it up!"
• "You should run the chicken wings special all the time."
• "I don't think it's fair that the regular basket has more wings. Six is not enough."
• "My roommate said I should try this place and he was right. I'm definitely bringing my family here for Parents Weekend."
• "You should sell the chicken wings to-go. They are really good."

• "This is the only place downtown I can get a decent lunch for under ten bucks. Thanks!"
• "Too slow! I'll be late back to my office today."
• "Stop the chicken wings special! Our whole office is gaining too much weight."
• "Lunch service seems slow—do you hire less staff in the summer?"
• "Your staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are. I wish they worked for me!"
