Petition from Patrons of Southbend Senior Activity Center

We, the undersigned citizens, request that the city install a pedestrian traffic signal at the intersection of Manchaca Road and Prather Road, to allow the safe crossing of Manchaca by senior citizens, schoolchildren, and all other pedestrians.
