Warrant 1 and Results

According to the MUTCD's Section 4C.02, Warrant 1, Eight-Hour Vehicular Volume, a traffic signal should be considered for an intersection like this one if

traffic on the major street is 600 vehicles per hour for EACH hour (NOT averaged) of any 8-hour period, AND
traffic on the minor street is 150 vehicles per hour for each hour of the same period.
