Paragraph Practice 2

For each of the following questions decide whether a colon is needed.

Although we think of Eskimos (also called Inuits) as residents of Alaska, they can be found in __1__ (colon/no colon) Siberia, northern Canada, and even Greenland. Eskimos look a lot like the people of Siberia; they typically have __2__ (colon/no colon) broad faces, straight black hair, black or brown eyes, and high cheekbones. Historically, Eskimos relied on food sources obtained by hunting and fishing __3__ (colon/no colon) deer, seals, whales, and fish. Today, however, their lives are more similar to those of ordinary people.
