In the following paragraph, determine if quotation marks are used correctly in the numbered sentences.

(1)One critic claims that "Cheever reached the pinnacle of his talent in short stories like 'The Country Husband.'" (2)She states further that "Although Cheever is sometimes called "the champion of the mundane" because of his attention to suburbia, he is equally at home in darker settings." (3) As a result, she concludes, "Cheever's best work investigates the 'landscape of the heart,' rather than being bound to one place."
