1. describe and discuss the powers of the governor, including the item veto, budgeting, judicial, administrative, and ceremonial powers.
2. discuss the purpose and challenges of the plural executive, and include a discussion of the constitutional offices, and
3. describe the importance of the governors’ appointment powers.
