Objective:
To identify fact, informed opinion, and expert opinion in a newspaper article.

      6. Identify the qualifier in the following sentence:

"Khachaturian said the effect seems to be that brain-challenging activities 'build up a reserve' of neuron connections."

      8. Identify the biased word in the following sentence:

"Dr. Zaven Khachaturian, senior medical adviser to the Alzheimer's Association, said the study is important because it supports other research showing that the onset of Alzheimer's is delayed by education and by intellectually demanding professions."
