1. Big Fish, 2003. (PG-13) Violence, some images of nudity, and sexual references. Directed by Tim Burton, Big Fish is a story that is part fantasy and part family drama about a son trying to understand his father. Although the complicated plot is at times difficult to follow, the magical touch of director Tim Burton makes the film worth seeing.

2. Seinfeld. The wildly popular sitcom about "absolutely nothing" centers around the mundane escapades of Jerry and his friends George, Elaine, and Kramer. Innovative, sharp, and bitingly funny, Seinfeld remains the funniest show on television.

3. Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Located at the base of the Catalina Mountains adjacent to Sabino Canyon in Coronado National Forest outside of Tucson, Arizona. The resort sits on 93 acres of desert with an 80-foot waterfall. The hotel overlooks two 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed PGA golf courses.

     ⁴Heather and Jean were working side by side in the kitchen preparing dinner. ⁵Heather was meticulous about hygiene. ⁶She filled the sink with piping hot, soapy water and scrubbed the kitchen knives, all the counter-tops, and cutting boards with surprising energy.
     ⁷"That water is too hot," Jean exclaimed, "You are going to ruin your beautiful hands."
     ⁸ "Well," Heather replied, "I read in the paper that washing hands in hot soapy water for at least 20 seconds rinses off surface bacteria and makes it difficult for bacteria to cling to skin. ⁹So I think, if it's smart to wash your hands, it's probably smart to wash the work space and utensils, too."
