HELP: How do I use my word-processor's command to set margins?
- Locate your word processor's command for setting margins. Usually you can find it by looking up the word "margin" in the program's documentation or the online HELP menu.
- One you have found the margin feature, follow its directions for setting up margins.
- Choose margins consistent with the formatting style you are using in the paper (MLA, APA, CMS, or CBE); see Chapter13.

To format a document's margins, go to the FILE Menu and click on PAGE SETUP.
