Citing a course homepage (p. 353)

If you wish to cite a course home page, first list the name of the instructor (last name first), then the title of the course (neither underlined nor in quotation marks). Next comes a description, like Course home page (again, neither underlined nor in quotation marks), the dates of the course, the names of the department and institution that offered the course, the date of access, and the URL.
