Almost everything we do has some ethical importance. Certainly our actions in the workplace have ethical ramifications. In the last few years in the United States, we have witnessed the great harm that follows unethical behavior practiced on a wide scale. As a result, ethics and the study of ethics have become more and more important, especially in an increasingly interdependent world.
