As with any new technology, companies (and universities) have been forced to create new policies to cover the usage of e-mail. In most cases, employees use their e-mail appropriately, so there are no problems. Occasionally, though, employees may abuse their privileges (i.e., illegally downloading music, sending chain letters and spam, harassing others). The following sites show some companies' attempts to set policies for e-mail usage.
