Lab Activity 8: Overview of the Essay Paragraphs and the Thesis Statement
 
Objective To write essay paragraphs and thesis statements.

Step 1: For each general topic given, write a thesis statement that includes a narrowed topic and point-of-view words. Remember that a thesis statement expresses the main idea of the thesis and tells the reader what to expect.
