Lab Activity 3: The Four Cs

Objective: To practice concise, credible, clear, and correct writing.

Step 3: Read the following paragraph. Then answer the questions below.

I love Paris because there are many interesting things to do there. First of all, people who like museums can go to the Louvre or the Musée d'Orsay. Those who prefer something a little different can take an evening boat cruise on the Seine or even wander through the sewers below the city. People can also go to different restaurants to relax. Some people take tours. Paris can be boring sometimes. A person can get a lot of exercise just by climbing the stairs at Notre Dame and the Arc de Triomphe. However, for those needing a break from the crowds and traffic, there's always the Bois de Boulogne, a woodsy retreat on the edge of the city. The Champs Elysées, though, is my favorite spot because I can stand in front of the Louvre and look all the way down the street and see the Arc de Triomphe. There is always adventure to be found in Paris.
