Lab Activity 1: Main Points, Support Points, and Specific Details
 
 
Objective: To choose appropriate support points and put them in a clear order.

Step 2: Practice main points, support points, and specific details by answering each of the following questions.

      1. Topic Sentence:
I like all kinds of doughnuts. 

 
 
 
 


      2. Topic Sentence:
Although I like both raised and cake doughnuts, I like only a few kinds of topping. 

 
 
 
 


      3. Topic Sentence:
When I can't have doughnuts for a snack, I will usually eat almost any kind of cookie instead.

The very best thing to have for a snack is ice cream.
