Lab Activity 26: Periods, Question Marks, and Exclamation Points
 
Objective: To practice recognizing and correctly using periods, question marks, and exclamation points.

Step 3: For each of the word groups below, select the choice that correctly uses the period, question mark, or exclamation point that comes right after the italicized word. If the original word group is correct as it is, select "no change."


      1. The earliest colonists in America brought along with them large supplies of soap



      2. Mr John Winthrop, who became the governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, wrote to his wife in 1630 and included soap in a list of things he wanted her to bring when she came to the colony.
