Daniel Kolak
Daniel Kolak received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland and is a professor at William Patterson University. His published works are in the areas of philosophy of mind, personal identity, philosophy of science, philosophy of language, philosophy of mathematics, history of philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of art, Wittgenstein, cognitive science, and logic. He is the author of numerous books, most recently I Am You: The Metaphysical Foundations for Global Ethics (Springer, 2004), as well as articles, stories, essays, and a novel. He has also lectured all over the world and directed and composed professionally for the stage. His most recent film work is the original score for Forsaken Cries: The Case of Rwanda, produced by Amnesty International and narrated by Danny Glover.
Garrett Thomson
Garrett Thomson received his Ph.D. from Oxford, Balliol College (England) and is a Compton Associate Professor of Philosophy at The College of Wooster. His areas of expertise include moral philosophy, modern philosophy, philosophy of the mind, and theories of development. He is the author of Needs, Descartes to Kant, and An Introduction to Modern Philosophy, as well as several scholarly articles on Kant, ethics, and the philosophy of the mind.
