Ethics & Metaphysics

Is morality part of the metaphysical structure of the universe? If so, are there absolute moral principles or is everything situationally relative? Could it be that something is right for you but wrong for me? When people disagree in their metaphysics there are bound to be ethical disputes as well. A classic example is weighing the Kantian notion of lying (he says that it is always wrong) with telling a lie to avert a greater evil (e.g. telling the Nazis that your Jewish friend is not hiding in your attic, when in fact, he is). And, if it is sometimes alright to lie, then when is that, and who gets to say?
