For the two lists of supporting details in the questions below, write an acceptable topic sentence. Avoid broad statements, statements of fact, vague language, and formal announcements.

Sample:
Supporting details:
   A) Buying a home is a complicated process.
   B) Current interest rates and bank financing can change and affect your overall costs.
   C) Sales agents help simplify the process, but they charge a fee.
   D) Home improvements and repairs are often necessary after buying a house.

Answer:
Far from being a simple process, buying a home involves understanding bank loans, interest rates, agent fees, and factoring in future improvements and repairs.
