    Purdue University's Online Writing Lab offers exercises, handouts, and workshops on everything from how to use a semi-colon to how to give a PowerPoint presentation. Their online tutors will answer your specific writing queries. The site also includes extensive annotated lists of links to other writing resources online.

    Chuck Guilford's Paradigm site takes you through the writing process from discovering ideas to documenting sources. A well organized and easily navigable site with lots of helpful pointers and guidance.
