Analyzing a Place

Visit a park in your community that's specifically designed for a particular activity—such as a tennis court, children's wading pool, or hiking trail. Write a few paragraphs describing the design and layout of the facility, then comment. Do you think the site is designed effectively? Is it aesthetically interesting? Does it fit into the surrounding landscape, or does it stand out? How well do you like this space, and why?
